Short news today ;-)
My Tabata Clock can be used online now. Check out the link on the left.
New versions out!!!
Hey mates, I just managed to take some time to update my timer. For PC/Mac there is
now just one resizable timer, so you can run it also in fullscreen. Also new is the
5sec voice countdown before time is up and the large countdown showing the time.
It supports also more Intervals. If you use the rounds-field like this 8;4 the timer
will do 4 times 8 rounds with a horn sound to change exercise.
To get a first impression go to the pictures section at the left.
I updated also the mobile version! It has the FULL functionality of the PC/Mac version,
except the nice look ;-). And it now plays the same sounds, and you can now control the
volume. No more shitty low sound.
Tabata-Clock is now beerware...
My Tabata-Clock will always be free to download!
If you like it and if it helps you at training support me with
some cold beer by donation ;-)
Tabata-Clock updated...
The Tabata-Clock now supports supersets!
Just type in some working sec's divided by a semicolon like 20;20;20 and the
clock will use this as 3 supersets with 20 sec's of work and a break of 5 sec's
between the supersets to change the exercise.
The Tabata-Clock now supports a rest-warning!
By typing in two numbers in the rest field the clock will use the sum of both as
a break for example 10;5 for 15sec rest. After the first 10 sec's you get a warning and 5 sec's
after that you should start working...
Alpha release of mobile Tabata-Clock online...
I finally had some time this week to finish the alpha-release
of my mobile Tabata-Clock!
I know it's not very nice looking, and the cool sounds are also
missing but this version should work on nearly any (I hope so) mobile
device running j2me...
For any questions or ideas, as always don't hesitate to contact me... ;-)

I'm glad about any idea improving these tools!
Welcome to the home of the Tabata-Clock
I like the training with tabata intervals, but at the beginning I had
real trouble getting the intervals set with my stop watch.
After some trainings I was realy bugged about losing time setting up
the intervals like that.
Therefore I sat down and startet playing with the problem in my mind.
There had to be a program for setting such intervals...
After googleing a while I didn't find anything like what I was looking
for, so I wasted no time and started the tabata-clock project.
A simple and easy to use tool to time my tabat intervals.
Here is the place where you can get it to time your intrvals too!
Currently I am working on a mobil version of this clock so that
one also can use it in the Gym etc.
Stay tuned for further releases.... ;)
